Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you are ready to pay for your goods, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment from all major credit cards via Paypal. All credit cards are processed via Paypal's secure server for total security and peace of mind. As part of the order process, we will require the cardholder's full details including name, address and telephone number as registered with the bank. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. Ownership and title in the goods will only pass to the customer upon receipt of full payment.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email saying the order is ready for collection. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a stock issue we will always contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Supply Schedule
We endeavour to have all stock items available for collection within two working days. Non-stock items and larger orders may take longer before they are available.

Shipping And Handling
At present, all orders are to be collected from our surgery premises.

Back Orders
If your item(s) are not in stock, we will attempt to back order them for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
VAT is included with all orders, at the rate set at the time of the order.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are guaranteed by the supplier and should reach you in good condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods recieved, please return them to us in thier original packaging and we will be happy to refund your money.

The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse by the customer. The full cost of service will be charged if no fault is found with your product. You do have the right to have an independent expert assess your goods if you feel this is necessary.

The customer is responsible for returning any goods at their own expense. Damaged or faulty goods on arrival are excluded from this. If your product should fail within this period, our customer services department will arrange for repair by the manufacturer's authorised service agents.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed online, credit card details are encrypted via a third party secure server. No credit card details are forwarded to us, and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
We aim to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if you do experiance problems with your purchase, please call **************** and we will advise you on the best course of action.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are returned without an authorised returns number. This can be obtained by calling the number above.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any returned goods are packaged safely and securely, preferably in its original packaging, and that the goods are sent via a reputable, trackable courier service.

We will reimburse any carriage costs incurred due to faulty goods, however, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to any damages caused by user error.
